Payment for Star Point purchases shall be made by one of the following methods at the time of purchase.

① Payment via payment methods provided by Apple Inc. or its subsidiaries (iOS app only)

② Payment via payment methods provided by Google Inc. (apps downloaded from Google Play only)

[For JK Fandom SHOP Product Purchases]

The following payment methods are available (introduction of some methods may be delayed depending on review and development status; available methods are shown on the payment screen).

* Products in the Shop are personal imports shipped directly from the partner company in Korea to the customer. The amount of customs duties, etc. varies depending on the product type, quantity, and the laws of the destination country. These costs are borne by the customer and cannot be determined or displayed in advance by FG.

② Shipping fee

Varies depending on the destination country/region, product weight, size, and shipping method.

* The specific shipping fee for each order is shown on the payment screen during checkout.

③ Communication costs associated with mobile phone usage such as packet fees, or telecommunication line charges associated with Wi-Fi connections, etc. (including internet connection fees)

② [Bank transfer] The application deadline displayed on the product page is the payment due date. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the purchase application is declined (automatically expires).

Provision / Delivery Timing

Provided immediately upon completion of the payment procedure.

[For JK Fandom SHOP Product Purchases]

Shipped within the expected shipping period displayed on the product page. Where no expected shipping period is displayed, shipped within 30 days of payment confirmation.

* Products in the Shop are shipped directly from the partner company in Korea to the customer's delivery address (personal import). Due to the nature of international shipping, delivery may be delayed by customs procedures, etc.

* In particular, cosmetics may be detained or confiscated at customs due to ingredient regulations in the destination country. FG bears no responsibility for non-delivery resulting therefrom. Before purchasing, customers should check the product's ingredient information (INCI) and whether importation is permitted in the destination country.

* For pre-order products, the pre-order period and expected shipping date are stated on the product page. If the expected shipping date changes due to a release postponement, etc., FG will promptly notify the customer.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Cancellations after the purchase contract is concluded are not accepted under any circumstances.

[For JK Fandom SHOP Product Purchases]

<Returns at the Customer's Convenience>

In principle, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. However, where a right of withdrawal, etc. under the consumer protection laws of the customer's country of residence or destination country applies, such laws shall govern. For returns at the customer's convenience, round-trip shipping costs and customs duties, etc. are not refunded.

<Defective or Mis-delivered Products>

Please contact us within, in principle, 7 days of receipt of the product (or within a longer application period if prescribed by the laws of your country of residence). We will accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・Wrong product (a product different from the order was delivered)

・Damage or soiling during transit

・Manufacturing defect or fault

・Material discrepancy between the product page description and the actual product

<Refunds and Reimbursement>

For reasons attributable to us, such as defective products or mis-delivery:

① [Exchange] FG will reimburse the amount equivalent to customs duties, etc. incurred in re-shipping the replacement product.

② [Refund] In addition to the product price, FG will also refund the amount equivalent to customs duties, etc. actually borne by the customer. Where Points were used, the Points used will be returned.

<Non-delivery Due to Insufficient Delivery Information>

Where a package is not delivered due to incorrect or insufficient delivery information entered by the customer, FG is not obliged to provide a refund (except as required by the mandatory laws of the country of residence or destination country).
